What is included in the subscription?

• Including 3 clients (upgrade possible)

• No restrictions in the configuration

• No restriction on how many users can be added to a server system

You get your own SAP S/4 HANA server that no one else has access to. You can create your own configuration scenarios and master data without having to worry about sharing with other users. In addition, 1 of your 5 user IDs gets access to the ABAP Workbench (additional ABAP users are subject to a charge). The system already includes SAP's Business Best Practices (BBP), including basic configuration, sample master data (i.e. vendors, customers, materials, etc.) and transactions (i.e. invoices, payments, purchase orders, etc.).

What is the difference between the private client (client) & server?

Dedicated server means that you have the entire SAP system and it is only available to you... while a dedicated client is a separate client on a shared SAP server system. A dedicated server requires separate hardware, a set-up fee and a minimum purchase of one year.

With a dedicated server there are no restrictions, you can configure the SAP system as you wish. We can provide BASIS/configuration support for an additional fee. The hourly BASIS fee is $170.

Create clients, user groups and users:

You can create new clients within your dedicated server, but this will incur additional charges. A dedicated server contains 3 clients as standard. We can make you an offer for additional clients.

There are no limits on how many users can be added to a server system, but we do have minimum blocks of users and time.
We add users in blocks of 25 users. Any additional 25 users must remain on the system for 90 days. You can add users as needed.
